Within the framework of the CompIIT Erasmus+ Project, an online Train-the-Trainer training series on “Essential Competencies for Global Professionals – Intercultural Communication, Negotiation and Project Management” will be held on 04 June 2026 for the academic and administrative staff of the European University RAK Campus, the UAE 
The sessions are designed to strengthen key professional competencies required in today’s higher education environment, focusing on intercultural communication in global professional contexts, effective negotiation skills for constructive workplace interaction, and project management for the successful planning and implementation of academic and administrative activities.
The training aims to support capacity building, enhance practical skills, and contribute to continuous professional development across the university community.
