CompIIT Erasmus+ Project: Successful Completion of the Train-the-Trainer Session

On 29–30 June 2026, the European University of Armenia successfully hosted the Train-the-Trainer session on “Essential Competencies for Global Professionals – Intercultural Communication, Negotiation and Project Management” within the framework of the CompIIT Erasmus+ Project.

The two-day training brought together 25 academic and administrative staff members, who strengthened their professional competencies through interactive learning, practical exercises, and collaborative discussions.

The session focused on three key areas:

✅Intercultural Communication – delivered by Dr. Sona Hakobyan and EUA Associate Professor Marine Avetisyan

✅Negotiation Skills – delivered by Prof. Alina Petrosyan and EUA Associate Professor Mariam Ghara-Ghazaryan

✅Project Management – delivered by EUA Associate Professor Gohar Avetisyan and Prof. Nvard Ohanyan

Throughout the training, participants explored practical approaches to intercultural communication, negotiation, and project management, strengthening their capacity to apply these competencies in academic and administrative settings. Upon the successful completion of the training, all the participants were awarded certificates. 🏆
