Designed to enhance the professional competencies of higher education staff, the programme addressed three fundamental areas that support effective collaboration and successful project implementation in an international academic environment:
Developing Intercultural Communication Skills in a Global Workforce – strengthening participants’ ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across cultures.
Negotiation Skills for Everyday Professional Success – providing practical strategies for successful negotiations, conflict resolution, and relationship building in professional settings.
Project Management Excellence: From Planning to Successful Delivery – introducing essential project management methodologies and practical tools for planning, implementing, and managing institutional and international initiatives.
At the conclusion of the programme, participants received Certificates of Completion in recognition of their successful participation.
