The 2nd Summer School on International Project Management 2025, organized by EUA within the CompIIT Erasmus+ Project, brought together students, partner institutions, academic staff and international experts for a week of project management training, practical learning, collaboration and intercultural exchange.
The programme included the official opening by EUA Rector Prof. Heghine Bisharyan, a project progress presentation by Gohar Avetisyan, CompIIT Project Coordinator, Work Package updates, and an expert session by Dr. Peter Arras (KU Leuven). Dr. Karsten Henke and Dr. Galyna Tabunshchyk, Project External Experts, also participated remotely in an interactive discussion.
A practical student workshop led by Dr. Peter Arras (KU Leuven) and Dr. Narine Kirakosyan (EUA) focused on case-study analysis and SWOT Matrix Evaluation. Around 30 students actively participated in discussions and practical exercises and received Certificates of Completion.
The Summer School strengthened students’ international project management, analytical and teamwork skills, while fostering cooperation and knowledge exchange among CompIIT partner institutions.
